Zinio Subscription
I have just switched from my monthly subscription to the Zinio subscription and have got and downloaded the latest edition of DCM it does not include the subscriber of the month pages so I take it I am no longer a subscriber despite paying for 13 issues up front.

Any comments from anyone at DCM please?

Okay best breath out now then. I think I know the answer anyway, "the Zinio news stand let's you buy individual copies of magazines as well as subscriptions etc etc". |
I have used them to download a magazine but the system failed and after well over a week, I cannot get an answer from them. Even started a Paypal complaint and still have heard nothing. Be very careful with Zinio...

I used to use Zinio to get Photoshop User magazine from Scott Kelby etc, when I had a problem with it not recognising my subscription Zinio sorted it out quite promptly.
I haven't used them for a year or so now though. |
As an update, I still have not had a satisfactory reply from them. I have had to put a claim in via Paypal to try and get my money back. I am saddened and annoyed about this as I really would like the system to work. I would buy quite a few magazines through them, but not very likely now!!!

I tried Zinio with a competing magazine about a year ago, I found that the program they supplied was clunky and resource hungry, the overall experience was very poor, I still cannot understand why so many magazines use their services to sell digital copy's. The only positive aspect was the fact that I got a partial refund for the issues that I did not read.
