Where did your user names come from? Im a bit of a Diva and love my digital photography so DigiDiva was a natural name...but had I realised it would be shortener to a bra size (DD), I would have called myself FotoFilly..................hahaha!

Well Chris I would have used a diffrent screen name but according to the list it was taken! so I remembered my wife going on about my liking Swans, hence my screen name.

I've been using mine since around 1992/3 when I first started using bulletin boards before the Internet, wanted a name that wasn't gender specific.

It's what my daughter Cathryn called herself before she could talk properly.

Mine's from an ancient Swahili tribe. 'Ma' is a rubbery-like material native to the area, and a 'Ttuk' is a chicken.

Matt - trust you!!!!!! lol

donoreo 29-09-11 01:13 PM

I first started using Oreo, named after a new kitten we had in our house at university, back in 1991. That was the first time I logged onto a computer BBS (look it up if you need to ;) ) that required an alias. I added the Don later on.

Speaking of user names, this is the only forum I have been on where people refer to each other by real names rather than their user names in all that time. It throws me off and makes it hard to follow what is going on.

Especially when Jimmy is really Paul!

Ummm, isn't FF larger than DD:p

Mines a shorthen version of "up to the stars", I used to be in the RAF and the motto was "Through Adversity to the Stars", which I altered to suit as most sites down like long names.
