hi everyone, do any of you know a way to access the old dcmag forums content, there was some very useful reference stuff there?

Nope sorry

They have been removed from the web, the servers have now probably been wiped and the parts used on this and/or other Future servers.

Someone obviously took the decision that there was not enough useful or interesting in there to be worth carrying any of it over.

We didn't import the forum content because it simply would have taken too long to go through and decide what to bring over and what not too.

Better to bin them - rather than "CENSOR" them - is that what you mean. ??? :confused:

Was that the same argument for NOT transferring the galleries across too - I would hate to think it was. :eek:

It would be great if some of the old articles from the site made it over. Why reinvent the wheel and do them over? Just bring a lot of the old tips and techniques ones over. They can be easily exported to text from whatever database storage the old site used.
