Focussing problems with Sigma 10-20mm f3.5

Hello all
My first thread!

I have been using my Sigma 10-20mm f3.5 for about a month now (mounted on a Canon 60D) and it was all working fine. But I recently encountered a strange problem when using the AF. The lens wont focus to infinity when I use the LCD display resulting in a blurred image. However, there doesnt seem to be a problem with the AF when the viewfinder is used. This seems to be case for all three focussing modes (live mode, 'L' live mode and Quick mode).

So could any advise me on what to do.

Thank you

Is it just that lens? Do other lenses work in exactly the same situation?

Is the lighting sufficient?

This lens does not autofocus when you are using live view. It's as easy as that. Sorry. :)

Works fine on my D7000 :)

Edit - just done some research on this, and it appears that later batches of the sigmas have firmware updates that allow it to work.

I would be very grateful if you could post a photo on here to show me (and others) what the unprocessed photo looks like with no sharpening. I'm having problems with my f4-5.6 lens.
