This is a PAIN!!

I registered my account a couple of years ago on the DCM website and a few months afterwards discovered I could not log on due to "incorrect password". I KNOW my username is correct and I am fairly sure I have used the correct password(s)... but no joy. But just in case, I made several password reminder requests which were accepted but never recieved due to spam filtering. I sent several emails asking for help in retreiving my account and suppjied an alternate email address but never had any replies of any kind.
Now a couple of years have gone by and the site has now been renamed something to do with radars? And I STILL cant log on! And now there isnt even any "Contact Us" link, so I cant get any help to get my account back.
The website is typical of todays unfriendly, fussy, overpowering and untidy website designs that leave the viewer trying to make sense of the mess on their screen (and which are designed to accomodate all screen sizes .... by not fitting any of them!!). Now I do not proffess to be an expert but the regular comments I receive about my own website (sglguitars.co.uk) commend the "refreshing simplicity and user-friendlyness"... so I must be doing something right!
Btw, I had to set up a new account just to post this.

Simon.

Passwords for Photoradar are different from your DCM password. None of the content from DSM was moved over, so just create a new account here and remember the password.

Hi Simon,

If you would like me to retrieve your password please drop me an email with your original username. Just so you know, a "contact us" link can be found at the bottom of every page on PhotoRadar.

Thanks,

Amy

Thanks for the helpful reply Amy. I dont think theres much point retrieving the account now... its just too old. Ive set up a new account so I might as well start afresh now.
Apologies for sounding off about the site, I see the "Contact Us" link now but the majority of todays websites really do resemble searching for a needle in a proverbial haystack most of the time. I was always taught "dont make a web page overcomplicated... viewers will lose interest very quickly". I suspect that in this budget conscious and competitive age, there are thousands of web "masters" trying to churn out "pretty" websites as cheaply and quickly as possible and the result is... big black spaces down both sides of the page and way too much information splatted down the middle bit!
Still... at least the Magazine is good!
Regards, Simon.
