Taken at Edinburgh Zoo..(during a bout of food poisoning, so I'm pretty chuffed with how the shots came out..!)

Typical male:rolleyes:, having a sleep while the Mrs keeps watch...:) When the big guy finally woke up his roar was imense.!

Did you re-upload this with a wider crop? Could have sworn the head of the male was cropped before. Lovely shot!

Lovely shot, they are such majestic creatures.

This was taken last year and looks like a threatening ear deafening roar, but he was just having a yawn!

I love Lions, they are so proud, fierce, majestic. Going on a safari is on my 100 things to do before I die list, and if I can get shots like these, I would be so pleased.
