Canon Speedlite Help!
 

Hey guys,

I've been having a browse on eBay for speedlites.

It seems to me that there is two types of 430ex speedlites.

One seems to be older looking and more square.

The other seems to be more modern and ergonomic.
But they have the same name!

Then there is the 430exII which is WAY too pricey!

So my question, what is the difference between the two styles of 430ex?!

as far as i now theres not much difference, but there is a EX and a EZ, the one youve linked is the EZ which seems older, so i think the EX is the newever versions of flashguns, someone else will have a more defiante answere,

The 430[B]EZ[/B] is an old flash. It won't do any auto with a digital Canon SLR but it will work in manual.

Have you considered a third party flash? You can get a much more powerful and flexible system (especially for Canon) for the same money as a 480.
