POTY 2011 access denied
 

Hi,

i am trying to enter to the competition but every time i input the payment details i cannot seem to go through,

i succeeded one time but when ever i try to upload it says "access denied"

My cc is based in Kuwait but all the payments details are in US ,

please help out? :)

Are you paying by PayPal? I had this problem and turned out that PayPal were being overzealous in their security department. They allowed the payment and even sent me a receipt, I got to the upload screen, tried to upload and was denied.

When I traced the problem it was due to PayPal flagging my account as a security problem and reimbursing the money back to my card!!

Once I had jumped through the PayPal security hoops my payment was allowed and I could upload.

It took me ages to pay with paypal so just keep trying :-) I tried to pay with my paypal account and in the end just resorted to paying with a card as a non-member and not logging in to my account.

I Paid by pay pal, but in the end of this transaction pay pal has shown an error, and the result is: Pay pal took money from my account, but when I'm pressing "enter a competition" I can't upload images , I still have "payment request and "continue to pay pal" .

I loged to my Pay pal account and when I look on history it shows that I paid to: Future Publishing Limited and trasaktion is finished.
WHat can I do? Anybody knows?
