Can anybody tell how to use this meter on aperture priority and get the shutter speed as well. the german.

Your camera has to be set on manual. On the meter set your shutter speed and ISO (try 125th & 100 ISO) - then take your reading to get the Aperture.
Transfer all reading to your camera - so in this case 125 TV, 100 ISO, & the AV from the meter reading you've just taken. Don't forget to set your white balance to flash, and off you go - good luck!!
