Missing Photoplus Dec 2010 Issue42
 

Hi, Future Publishing failed to get my December 2010 copy Issue 42 to me. I have
subscribed since the very first issue and all my copies are in pristine condition. Complained to myfavouritemagazines.com and they said they have no copies left only a dog-eared copy
they have in the office. You think with the Christmas post being so heavy they would have extra copies of this issue in case of problems. What a disgusting service.
Has anyone got any suggestions on getting a good condition copy?

I do not work for Future, but just wanted to let you know that a reply may be slow, I believe the staff are out of the office between Christmas and New Year's.

Sorry to hear that you've had problems with receiving your December issue - we've actually had some issues with deliveries over the last couple of months due to the weather, customs and other unforeseen circumstances but hopefully everything should be sorted for your next issue!
