Problem loading photos
 

Hi guys

Please help (I'm new to PhotoRadar). I have just loaded my first three photos into a newly created album. I then click on the album and I get the message "This user has not created any albums yet". But I have!!!!!

All three photos show up in Photofeed. What am I doing wrong???

Hi Mark,

First of all, welcome to the site!

Sorry to hear about your album troubles, there's an issue that affects the albums of a small number of people, whereby the photos are not displayed in the album. You can still view your photos through your profile.

A fix is on it's way though, so hopefully it won't be a problem for too much longer.

Thanks for your response. can you give me some idea of how long the fix will take, and will I have to re-submit my photos?

Also, I want to submit the photos to the 'Hotshot' section of Digital Camera magazine. Will they be able to view the images now, or will I have to wait for the fix

Hi Mark,

I'm afraid I can't give you an exact date.

The photos are viewable from your profile. From your profile click on the picture you want to submit and you'll be able to take it's URL to send to the mag.
