Looks like Brighton.

Nice shot - a completely different approach to your typical seaside/resort type shot.

Slightly annoyingly, I can only read 'Short Stay', 'Tourist Information' and 'Long Stay' on the sign. The line that might give a clue is a little too blurred to identify the location... And that's no criticism on the image, just trying to identify the location :)

I was in St Leonards a few weeks ago. It look a bit similar but I can't be sure.

It just goes to show that most seaside promenades look the same, especially from this viewpoint.

You need to move about 100 miles west from Brighton to Devon.;)

Give that man a coconut, I don't know about the name of the restaurant though.
