American Subscriber
I subscribed to Photo Plus and am set up on a quarterly payment plan. After the first payment was made I received two magazines.
I received an email on October 13, 2010 that my credit card was charged for the next installment howver I have yet to receive my October issue. The subscription is done through IMS (International Media Service). I emailed them but have heard nothing. Anyone else in America having problems getting their subscriptions? I can sometimes find the magazine at the local Barnes & Noble bookstore but it's not always available. I have missed several issues which is why I decided to subscribe. Thanks. |
US subs
I have had nothing but issue issues they send my photo plus to my daughters address they send her imagine FX to me they have been up to 3 weeks behind in delivery. It is almost as though they really do not want you to subscribe but just take your chances on acquiring one at Barnes& Noble bookstores instead

IMS, well, sucks. I am in Canada but subscribe directly through the UK instead. I had previous dealings with IMS and they were rather non-responsive to inquiries. I received my October issue a while ago. I usually get it about 10 days after UK subscribers do.

I'm so sad now. The first two issues I got like by the fourth day of the month now we're at the 14th of October and I have yet to receive that issue.
I guess I will try to cancel my subscription and get the magazine some other way. Thanks for your help. |
Have you emailed someone at Future rather than IMS? That may get some action.
