Problem uploading high resolution images

I had a problem when trying to upload the high resolution versions requested for two the three images requested from me. I successfully uploaded Prisoners of the Dusk http://www.photoradar.com/photos/123293/justeline/prisoners-of-the-dusk but when I tried to do the same for the other two http://www.photoradar.com/photographer-of-the-year/photos/123293/justeline/under-the-red
and http://www.photoradar.com/photographer-of-the-year/photos/123293/justeline/pictures-from-eternity
I didn't get the "This image has been chosen by our pre-selection team" message, instead I was taken to the normal submission page where I couldn't upload the hi-res image because of the 5mb limit.

I hope this is fixed soon, or that I'm not doing something wrong, please reply and tell me what I should do.

Thank you once again
Maria

Yes im having the same problem also?? Is there a problem with the site or is there no need to submit anymore?? Please let us know as this is rather confusing.

Oh, I thought it was just me. I'm sure they'll sort this out, just got a bit nervous since the images will be disqualified if we fail to submit the high res versions.

By the way congratulations Matthew! :)

Yeah im getting a tad paranoid too,Hopefully they sort it out!how long is it you get to submit a high res image?? Id be gutted if I were to be disqualified cos of this.Congrats to you too justeline:),Nice images too..

I think it's 14 days, don't worry, they couldn't just disqualify us if it's not our responsibility. I'm sure we'll get an answer soon.

And thank you so much, you too! :)

Hi everyone,

If anybody who has this problem can email photoradar@futurenet.com we can deal with each issue individually.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but don't worry you won't be out of the running because of any technical issues.

Thanks,

Amy
