Noise Ninja??
Hi All,
Has any one here used noise ninja? just been having a chat about it and it seems to read up pretty good, will acr noise reduction do the same or is the ninja really that good? it doesn't seem to take much for acr to ruin an image using the noise reduction so i pretty much never use it. |
I use topaz de noise .It's much better than anything adobe have got including that provided by lightroom 3 which is supposedly their best.

The Adobe Noise Reduction, as used in later Camera Raw, PS, PSE and LR, is much improved.... but not a patch on Topaz Denoise imho. Noise Ninja falls somewhere between the two.

i knew i could rely on you lot!! i will have a look at topaz...
|
i use niks software dfine v2.1 it is very good as is all the other nik software

I've used Neat Image before which is ok and free (or at least was back when I downloaded it). The majority of my images are at ISO100 and noise isn't really an issue for me - and the noise reduction in ACR handles my needs.

you can download a free trial of Topaz Denoise which you can try for a month, it works very well.

As a wedding photographer processing 1000 RAW files at once I use Capture One ( Phase One ) the noise reduction in my opinion is way ahead of Photoshop, I use my 5d mark 2 at 6400 ISO and have no noise at all. They do a free 30 day trial.

Having a so called noisy D80, Topaz Denoise works best for me.

I use NEAT.
I like it. It has many sliding things to play with. :D |
