Hi,

just got one of these off eBay and there doesn't seem to be all the options in the TTL advance menu that it says there should be in a PDF manual I downloaded off the web.

Is there any additional plug-ins I need or anything?

ii see from 7dayshops website that it was supposed to come with a cd, did yours? no sure whats on it but maybe its somethingthatll help you if not maybe try getting in touch with the uk distributers kenro ltd, their email is [email]sales@kenro.co.uk[/email]

I bought it 2nd hand off eBay so I didn't get the CD.

I have tried downloading the firmware update to the gun itself but it I keep getting an error message on my pc telling me it's failed to download.

Any ideas why anyone?

Hi,
I've got the same problem. Bought the flash after all the rave reviews, then find it needs a firmware update to work with my EOS 7D. Downloaded the update from the website then find it doesn't work with Windows 7. At the moment it's no better than my old Jessops flash.:mad:

I picked up one of these yesterday from Focus on Imaging (£179). Seems a great flashgun.

The cd i got just has the user guide on it, which can be downloaded from nissins us site anyway.

Firmware was already on "2" for canon, so worked straight away on my 7d.
