What's wrong with this sites login page?
 

I have had this problem for maonths now and have emailed you but you haven't replied. I would really like it sorting as its blooming infuriating!!!

One day my password was invalid and it wouldn't log me in. I don't know why as I knew my password so I requested a new one to rectify. When I click on it, I am taken to a page where I can enter a new one. So I put the same password in as before, confirm it and enter the site. However, when I log out and go to log in again, it states the password is invalid and I have to request a new one again. This is happening over and over and each time I am putting the same password in after requesting a new one from the email that is sent. I don't have this problem anywhere else?

How can I stop this from happening?

Thank-you all resolved. The password request from the time the problem happened brings up a box showing the email address and the boxes to enter the new password which then lets me in. Each time then, I have submitting those details and not the username! Doh.

Thank-you very much for your quick response, maybe my first email got swallowed up in spam folder or something!!!!!!
