How do you input info on your about me section?

Hey Guys

Just looking to find out how you update the info on your about me section,e.g your biography,location ect?? Ive navigated everywhere but cant seem to find out how to do it?? Is there something im missing?

Any help would be great!

Change my account settings when logged in, I believe it is the second Tab (Edit Profile).
