Lens manual/handbook

I recently bought a secondhand Canon 100mm Macro lens (not USM), and there was no manual.
We have looked everywhere to download/purchase a manual/handbook for this as I am new to photography, but have been unable to find anything.

Can anyone please suggest a solution.
