photographing civic week
 

I hope I've posted this in the right section section, Ive been asked to take the pictures for my local towns civic week celebrations, this will include taking pictures of childrens events, I'm trying to find all the organisers of these events to introduce myself before hand to make it easier on the day, any advice on this subject will be most welcome as I'm well out of my comfort zone and welcome the challenge it will be for me.
