I received notice that my subscription is set to expire with the just delivered issue.
This is an ERROR. I have emailed the address at Future but they have failed to respond. How do I email a human being that will fix this?
Or if anyone in London can phone them and ask them to email me at [email]email@example.com[/email] I would appreciate it.
I'm very sorry to hear that you've had problems with your subscription. We've recently changed fulfilment companies and many problems have arisen for our international subscribers since this has happened.
