Subscription gift

I subscribe to 3 of your magazines and have not recieved any subscription gifts from any of them. I am interested in the tripod I just renewed and should be eligable for it. How can I make sure I recieve one (at least). Here in the US we pay $130.00 per subscription we would like to enjoy the same courtesy given to other subscribers.THat is almost $400.00 per year to have your magazines. (which are great..) Please reply or tell me who to go to to get my gifts.

Check to make sure you're eligible. Their subscription web site says:
Unless specified, these offers are available in the UK only. Stocks are limited to availability. Please allow 28 days for delivery. In the event of this gift not being available, Future reserves the right to offer a substitute gift of a similar value or additional issues of the magazine. Offers end 1st April 2010.
All offers I am talking about have been available to me as a subscriber but they are not sent to me. I have been waiting since January. Thank you.

I think you missed my point. Being a subscriber doesn't automatically qualify you, they have a disclaimer that says the offers are only for UK subscribers. You need to double check that this doesn't apply to your subscriptions.

Hi I have been a subscriber to photoplus cannon magazine from the second edition after i bought the first magazine but i would like to know why is it that i always renew my subscription but when we do this i think we miss out on the free gifts. i am tempted to cancel and then rejoin if this will get me a free gift i often see advertised for new subscribers.
Just seems a bit unfair for us who continue to renew our subscription on line.

Quite right, I have my own business and if I were to offer discounts to new clients I would have a walkout. It's the regular clients you want to reward. I shall definatley unsubscribe to get a new gift.

I've got gifts on renewing - just phone the subscriptions line and ask to renew with whatever code relates to the gift. And you can still do it if you pay by DD, which I do, as they just close one debit instruction and recreate it for the new subscription period.

Thanks for the info, i will see what i can do. Yes i agree it is the regualar loyal customers who should be rewarded and i pay by DD.
