what pocket camera panoramic ?
 

Hello i currently own a 'casio exilim 10.1' and now i want a new pocket camera thats capable of panoramic.

I was looking at a video on youtube of the Sony DSC-HX1 which stitches the pictures together automatically without the use of software however i didn't want to pay that much and i wanted a camera i could fit in my pocket.

So could somebody please point me in the direction of a pocket camera that performs panoramic and also stictches the pictures up for you like the Sony DSC-HX1 does.

There aren't a lot of cameras that do "in camera" panorama stitching. There is the [URL="http://www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/product/522490/KODAK-V1273BLK?cm_ven=Google+Shopping&cm_cat=Feed&cm_pla=&cm_ite=522490_KODAK_V1273BLK"]Kodak V1273[/URL]. Its around £100 but only does a 3 shot maximum stitch.

In reality you'd be better off using some of the free software thats out there (like [url=http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/um/redmond/groups/ivm/ICE/]Microsoft ICE[/url]). They are very straightforward to use and allow for much more control and will generally do a much better job of stitching the shots together than a camera can.
