Video Disc Uncontrollable
 

I have been a subscriber since Mar 2008 and religiously keep my back copies (waiting for delivery of binders - slow service but that's another story). Up until Sep 09 the video lessons were fully navigable. If missed a point mentioned, I could replay the last minute or two or whatever I needed. In Oct 09 you changed the format of the video disc and now I have no control. If I miss a point, I have to replay the whole video. This is really annoying when the bit missed was in the last minute of the lesson and I have to replay the whole thing to get back to the bit I want. Please can you add these standard video controls to future discs at the earliest opportunity.:mad:
