No PhotoPlus Binders
Ordered PhotoPlus Binders on the 6th of feb still not received them yet.I wonder if any body else has had this problem. Thanks

I ordered mine on Jan 12 and they did not arrive until around Feb 20. I am in Canada though, so I would expect it to take longer.

Thanks for the reply Donoreo.I rang future publishing they said it can take 28 days,i wish they had told me that when i orderd them you never know i might get them next week with any luck.

I ordered them in JAnuary also and have not receieved them. (I ordered 2) .

Ordered two binders 15th December 2009. They had not arrived by end of January 2010, therefore cancelled the order. They told be they had just dispatched them but if I return them they would refund me. I returned them and they acknowledged reciept on the 17th February. However I still have not had my refund despite repeated phone calls. They have now had my money for three months !

I cannot be sure what has happened to everyone's binders. However, there has been an ongoing problem with the binders generally – partly to do with the way that our fulfillment house works, but mostly due to the huge success of the binders.
Our first batch of binders sold out really quickly, when they were first advertised. And of course we then ordered a second larger batch. Unfortunately these have also sold out – but our fulfillment house did not inform us about this until very recently… So a third, even larger, batch has only just been ordered from the manufacturer in the last few days. We are now expecting delivery of this on April 14 Please accept my apologies for this unfortunate state of affairs I realise this update does not sort out everyone's problems. Anyone with ongoing issues with orders should contact our internal subscriptions manager, Laura Finnigan-Treacy - who will be able to pursue these with our fulfillment people. Thank you for the above post I have contacted Laura but must admit I am not impressed with the supply chain and IMO it does reflect upon Photoplus. |
