Commercial Editing

I have been editing and making up collages for friends and family for a while (personal use). I now want to start to charge people for my services through a website (commercial use) and want to know can I use Elements for this or is there copyright laws attached?

No - is the simple answer - provided of course you have purchased the "genuine" product - no worries - Adobe will not come after you - but an "illegal" copy would be different of course - hope you are using the "former" - wish you every success. :)

PS The only copyright issues will apply to any photographs / clip art / etc that you are editing - so be careful that you are allowed to use and edit these. :(

PPS The taxman will want his "cut" too - so be careful - when you start to make "loads of money" keep Mr Darling's best friends informed.:p

Yes, I have the genuine Elements 5 and love it so much that I don't want to upgrade. Thankyou for replying quickly. Merry Christmas!
