CHAT THREAD for the weekend competition 21st/22nd November 2009 - STREET LIFE
 

The theme for this weekends competition is: STREET LIFE
Give us a shot of what is happening in your local city,town, village or hamlet on the street,rue,strasse,calle or via (Sorry I ran out of foreign words I knew). All elements of the photo to be taken this weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and anything goes re: processing.

Not looking for deep / detailed critique if you are not comfortable - just why you might like it, how it might be improved if at all,a comment on subject / lighting etc. It`s just for fun - that`s how we learn ;).

No bonus points given for confronting stroppy security guards in risky areas or getting that shot of that funny man whether he wants it or not - be civil , be safe ;)

Great subject! This is why I have a camera - just haven't had the nerve to actually do much of it yet. I keep wimping out and so this will provide the much needed impetus! Do you mind if I post a trial shot to the chat thread outwith the competition hours? I would really like to master the uploading process ...

And it's not supposed to be raining here on Saturday, so that's a good start.

Not going to be the case where I am unfortunately...and I'm going go-karting....not much fun in heavy rain and strong winds!
