Very nice. The tree in the background, and the green seat in the car seem too sharp to me. I think they would be better suited with a gaussian blur... which may be difficult because you'll have to blur inside the windscreen of the car too.

Thank Aaron will givew that a go and see what can be achieved Thank you Peter

A bit OTT with the Blur I afraid for me especially as the tree is not blurred through the windscreen. Nice looking car though!!

Thanks Jerry will re-work original RAW file and see if I can improve the image aware background always an issue cars are parked so close to each other, if you visit the UK and love Vintage cars Beaulieu Car Museum is worth a visit
Here is another image of the same MG and the blur was in camera due to depth of field by using large aperture (F3.5) only minor adjustments in Lightroom Thanks Peter |
Hi Peter
Lovely shot of the MG, colours are good, it's sharp and well composed. I have to agree with the others though - the blur is too much. If you're going to do it you need to blur everything except the car and do it more subtly. Try making a rough selection around the car and then feathering it out as much as possible then adding the blur to the selection only. |
Thanks Chris

Second image is really nice. The natural blur is what you should try for in the first picture. And post the results :)
