Just playing about with new PC and done this. Not the best esp around the reflections but this is fopr testing Windows 7, uploaded to Gallery ok now can I post a clickable image....Here goes

good technique on " popping colour", tighter crop on right hand side, bit of boat a bit distracting also row of cars may a blurred effect will fix if you do not wish to crop any tighter

I think you did really well with the reflection retaining it's colour. Pavman is correct in the right hand boat being a distraction, but maybe a few minutes cloning it out would help?

At first glance (without sight of the colour version) the pink reflection at the nose of the boat looks a little too large/strong in comparison to the position of buoy? - (and I agree the right hand boat's white deck draws the eye away)
