CHAT - weekend competition 28/2 - 3/3 "GREEN"
 

Ok, so this weekend the theme is 'green'. take that however you wish, no restriction on PP...

Please remember the picture MUST be taken within the time frame.

Nice theme,

We had it a few months ago [URL="http://www.digitalcameraworld.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9126"](here)[/URL], but this time of the year, we will need to be creative another way.

Ok, good theme. You automatically think of the outdoors with this colour, but as Sabrina has mentioned, not that easy at this time of year. Will get thinking and try to come up with an entry this week.

Sabrina, that was 'greenery', to suggest trees, grasses etc. This is 'Green' which I think is a little broader and has more scope...and looking back, I won the greenery comp whoop whoop, hope Im as lucky this time..haha

This makes me think of Star Trek and Mr. Scott. "It's green!". :)

So there is no green outside, aside from evergreens but that goes without saying, everything is covered in snow. I was going to go out this afternoon with my camera since I am using a vacation day. Only 1:30 here so I have time.

There's so much more green than 'just' the green of foliage: green cheese, green eyed monsters (or just green eyes), green energy, green politics, a (hopefully very young) person can be green, buildings, mould, clothing, make-up, furniture etc.

You should be able to find something Don!

Did these the other week.....shame I can't enter them, , as I love them (as wall art). In fact they will be displayed i my kitchen soon...

I have two images so far but not sure which to enter. One's a triptych, but there's already been one entered. Mines of a different subject and with a black background, so differ s immensely but the idea is the same. Will play with the ideas before I decide finally.
