What happened to PhotoRadar?
 

I've been AWOL for a while. I assume that Photoradar ceased to be and wonder what happened to my photos (and everyone else's) on the PhotoRadar gallery?

This is the new 'photoradar'.
I believe that all the photos just disappeared, as it looks like you have discovered.
It's not as lively here as it used to be I'm afraid to say.

Have you rejoined under a different username? as PhotoRadar was replaced by this site at the end of 2011 IIRC [URL="http://www.digitalcameraworld.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7514"]http://www.digitalcameraworld.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7514[/URL], and you didn't join/register until Oct 2012.

No one seems to know why the images in the galleries couldn't be moved over from PR to DCW, but they were deleted from our accounts (which were moved over). Although to be fair, there was quite a bit of notice given before they were removed.

Yes, not being able to remember my User ID or password I simply rejoined in a different username name.

Photoradar did not last long. July 2009 to Dec 2011. It was an idea to use Future's "Radar" brand for all of the photo mags. Turns out it was not a good idea, but it was not just the branding that was the issue.
