Old Newspaper Cutting Effect
 

I use Photoshop CS3, and would like to know if anyone can help me make a photo look like an old newspaper cutting?

I'm not sure what version of Photoshop the guy in this tutorial is using, but it should give you a start:

Thanks. Took a quick look before I came to work and it looked like it would be a great help. Will have a play this week when I get the chance. I took a photo of my husband wielding an axe through the doorway (it was set up, he wasn't actually wielding the axe....) as a take of the famous 'Here's Johnny' scene from 'The Shinning'. Want to now, obviously, hence the post, make it look like an old newspaper cutting.
