Chat: Monthly competition February - Black & White Photography

February's theme/technique is Black & White photography this is not just a question of getting a colour photo and converting it to black & white but more of taking a picture with a view to it being a black & white photograph, there is also processing it effectively.

There is an article HERE

Rules are HERE

Well, I'm happy with this theme.
I've never focused on black and white, this is a chance to study on it.

Glad you like it Alex and I thought this would be a great area to explore this month!

Yes Alex was a joint winner with me on the HDR comp so we came up with theme together.

I think it was the missing full stop that confused Sabrina (and myself),

'Glad you like it. Alex and I thought this would be a ...' as opposed to how I read it as 'Glad you like it Alex, and I though this would be a ...'

Not trying to be picky about punctuation, as mine is particularly bad, just trying to explain the confusion.

Regards

Nick
