PhotoRadar FAQ

Hi everyone,

We have now included a PhotoRadar FAQ - this can be found at the bottom of the page (when not in the forums) or by clicking here.

In it you will find all kinds of useful info, such as how to change your password, how to upload an avatar and how to delete an image. Please read the FAQ before asking a question in case it has already been answered here, of course, if it hasn't please feel free to contact us.

Thanks!

Amy

Hello Amy
Please can you help.
I would like to include of an image of myself instead of the greysquare that is there at the moment. FAQ says i should click onthe 'Change my account settings' and then follow the instructions. When i click on 'Change my account settings' i am faced with a page that says
'Oops, we can't find the page you're looking for' followed by
'Sorry, but the page you're looking for either doesn't exist or has been moved.'

Is there a way around this - it is stopping me from uploading more photos onto here. I no longer want to remain faceless!!

Thank you for your attention
Regards
Ian Jones

Hi Ian,

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble. We've been trying to recreate the problem all morning here to no avail I'm afraid, everything appears to be working fine for us.

If you're still experiencing this, can I ask you to email me with the URL address that is displayed in your web browser after you click Change my account settings?

Thanks,

Amy

re the trouble Ian is having. I have had the same thing for two years. I wonder if it is the rubbish connection we have in Devon? Very very slow, only 1 mb/sec. always buffering.

Hi nblackledge,

Can I ask you the same question as Ian - what is the URL address that is displayed in your web browser after you click Change my account settings?

Thanks,

Amy
