Thanks Karen

I love the way you can see detail you wouldn't normally notice without a macro lens but it just makes me want to get in closer , oh well I think my wish list has just grown with a set of extension tubes

Amazing detail. Focus spot on, and the composition works really well. Great DOF and the green background works well too. Good work.

Thank you very much Chris , I wanted quite a deep DOF and luckily the fly was in a shady area so I use the flash and f/18 which worked quite well .
