Great animal portrait, like the selective focus, Paul, though I wondered why you chose black and white? Like the tilt of the pavement too, gives it a feeling of action and movement.

Thankyou Steve .This picture was taken through a mesh fence ,in the colour version its really distracting but by converting it to black and white the fence became less visible .I normally prefer colour for my wildlife pictures but i really like the b+w finish of this one :-)
