Thanks for sharing! This is a great capture and I have posted it up on our Facebook page. However we'd recommend taking the contrast down just a little, to bring out more detail on the feathers of the Eagle's head.

Thanks Sam, I've tried reducing the contrast, but to be honest I'm not seeing much difference. This is veiwed on a HPLP24w calibrated screen. Mind you my aging eyes are not what they used to be.

Fantastic shot.....I see what you mean about the contrast around the head, but I think it's a great effect. It makes the subject stand out.
