Mark, thanks for your lovely response to this Nigella pic. These flowers are quite easy to get a good shot of really, they have this wonderful spiny network of greenery cradling the flower which seems to add such a light and delicate feel and is always such a lovely contrast with the solid blues.
 The Heleniums in Practical Photoshop was so exciting for me, just love that shot !!!Mandy
