Unfortunately that scaffolding has been there for years destroying any chance of a decent image of the Houses of Parliament.
I don't think the lamp standard in front of the tower helps. It think it would have been better if you'd moved a few feet to your left.
It may be my imagination but it looks as if it's leaning a degree or so to the right. Also the pinacle of the tower seems to be out of focus. Monochrome is quite a popular way of rendering images these days, but the image must be very sharp and clean, otherwise leave it in colour which masks a lot of unsharpness.
