    03 Lift the skin
Click the Luminance tab, then again use the target tool. This time, click and drag upwards over the skin on the face to lift the oranges and reds until Reds are about +5 and Oranges are +28. Next, grab the Adjustment Brush from the toolbar and double-click Effect to reset the sliders.

    04 Colour the background
Tick Auto-Mask in the tool options on the right, then paint over the background, being careful not to go over the hair. Press O to toggle a mask overlay so you can see where you’ve painted. When you’ve covered the whole background, set Tint to -20, then click the Colour box and choose a light blue.
