Web designers will be pleased to see that you can now copy CSS styles more effectively for any layer, with units always set to pixels (no matter what your unit preferences are) and transparency producing workable gradients.

For those working on multiple computers, there’s an option to share your presets between all the machines on the same Creative Cloud user account, so custom brushes, tool presets, text styles and more will automatically appear on each copy of Photoshop you’re running.

Creative Cloud membership also allows you to save your documents in the Cloud, so they can be retrieved from anywhere – although if, like most Photoshop users, you tend to save frequently as you go along, this will mean using up a lot of bandwidth.

Creative Cloud membership also gets you free membership of Behance, the online portfolio sharing site.

Images can now be uploaded directly to Behance from within Photoshop, which means you can build your public profile without having to export and locate all those sparkling images.
