Best memory cards for cameras: SanDisk Extreme Pro 300x UHS-1 SDHC, 8GB

Best memory cards for cameras: SanDisk Extreme Pro 300x UHS-1 SDHC, 8GB

    Street price £17

    SanDisk’s range-topping SDHC card is available in 8GB, 16GB and 32GB options.

Write speed is impressive at 17.9MB/s in a 60D although, like the Kingston, there’s no increase when it’s coupled with the 650D’s UHS-1 bus.

Even so, it’s faster than the Kingston in both cameras.

Pros… Very good performance at a reasonable price
    Cons… No speed increase on UHS-1-based 650D

    Score: 86%
