In the Detail panel, double-click the Zoom tool to zoom in to 100%. In Noise Reduction, drag Luminance to 39 and Luminance Detail to 52. Revealing so much detail in the shadows has led to noise, so drag Colour to 73 and Colour Detail to 23.
