What you need for indoor group portraits

What you need for indoor group portraits

    Reflector
Invaluable for filling in shadows. A sheet or piece of mounting board can be used.

    Flash with tilt and rotate
If you need flash, bounce it off walls or ceilings to avoid harsh direct light.

    An assistant!
Used to hold reflectors and to make your group laugh (get a cheap one!).

    Off shoe cord
Enables flash to be used off-camera. If your flash doesn’t rotate, get one of these.

    Tripod
Helps to keep your camera still when shooting at slow shutter speeds in low light.
