    Best wedding shots: the Dress

Every bride loves her wedding dress and I think it is a very important wedding shot to get.

Photographing white, especially if the dress has a lot of detail on it, can be tricky and it is important not to blow the exposure.
I used aperture priority and spot focus to ensure I got the right exposure.

However, I always shoot in raw format so I can tweak exposures in post production.

Don’t forget to use a nice hanger for the dress as this small detail can make or break the shot. Also ensure the dress is not distracted with clutter or ugly background.
