    Best wedding shots: the first dance

    The first dance can be tricky to photograph especially when you want to keep the atmosphere of the disco lights and not allow the flash to overpower the scene.

    I will often taken my flash off camera using a sync cord and use fill in flash bounced from the ceiling to capture the movement so the image is sharp and the ambience of the scene is recorded.

    I converted the above images to black and white to convey the emotion but here is the coloured image as an example of the lighting set up.
