Photography websites: the secret to making a photo blog everyone will read
Free blog themes from Blogger
Blogger is a little different from WordPress, in that you can customise the HTML of the theme far more easily, and as such create your own blog themes.
However, there’s lots you can also choose from as standard, while others can be downloaded from various places on the web.
Picture Window
From those that are available as standard in Blogger, Picture Window is a good option for photographers, because as the name suggests, it provides a window for your images to be displayed to their best. There’s also the option to customise the background with one of your own images.

Lugas
This theme has a very attractive home page, providing a grid space effect that works particularly well for portfolios. Each individual post displays photos in a good size to show them off, while Blogger allows you to alter page widths to suit your own needs. You can download the Lugas theme from here, with full instructions on how to install it on your blog.

Exposure
This simple but elegant theme has room on the home page to display the photo you’re most proud of, while individual posts also look great. This would work well as a portfolio blog theme, or just as standard blog, so it’s a good compromise. Writing also looks good on posts. You can download the Exposure theme from here, with full instructions on how to install it on your blog.
