Photography websites: the secret to making a photo blog everyone wants to read

Should I pay for an email address?

A customised email address is something which again signals you out as a little bit more professional than having a generic free address from Hotmail, Googlemail and the like.

You can pay to get an email address, however, if you’ve already paid for a domain name it’s easy to set up an address that redirects to your existing address. So, for instance you could have john@johnsmithphotography.com.

This is easy for people to remember and any emails you receive to this address will appear in your current inbox. Googlemail offers this service as part of their Google Apps for Business (free version).

    Thanks for taking
the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love learning more on
this topic. If possible, as you gain expertise, would you mind updating your
blog with more information? It is extremely helpful for me.

As usual, this is great advice. It takes more than just a nice camera and a desire to take pretty pictures to be successful photographer.
