If you need to make some quick edits, PicsArt provides some basic tools, such as rotate, flip, resize and free crop.
There’s also quite a few interesting effects, such as Cross Process and the Orton effect. Different categories can be selected, such as Artistic and Distort to provide different types of effects/editing.
What’s also quite handy is that you can erase or draw in to the picture so that only certain areas of the image display the effect.
