A good app to use in conjunction with other apps, such as Instagram, Photo + Pic Collage does what it says on the tin – allowing you to create collages from your images.
There are fairly basic frame layouts, but you can include up to nine images in each collage, and one fun feature is the ability to randomise the layout. Collages can then be saved and shared via Facebook and so on.
